Made in Belgium by Toby: In 1990, Toby developed an all new concept in motorcycle steering dampers, and was the first on the market to design kits suitable for all motorcycles, to be used both on the road and track for competition. Toby steering dampers have the same advanced technology used in the Standard models as is used in the Titanium race dampers. Toby steering dampers are manufactured with an expansion reservoir, to house the oil which expands when the friction generates heat in use.The expanding oil moves into the reservoir with the heat and returns into the damper body as it cools automatically. The bodies of the steering dampers are made from aeronautic grade aluminium (AL7075) and are earned to a tolerance of 5 micron. Polished after machining to a high gloss to reduce friction. The body is then anodised in an assortment of colours. The steering dampers rods are made from CK45 steel and finished to a close tolerance. The ball joints are manufactured in Japan for Toby, all self lubing without the need for grease nipples. The fork clamp, damper mountings and body straps are all machined from aeronautic billet aluminium and all pieces are machined before anodising. All parts of steering damper kit are manufactured in Toby workshops on CNC MORI SEIKI machining center to a high tolerance.

    WeatherShield HP is manufactured with solution-dye fibers which makes the fabric more fade resistant. Solution-dye isn't really a dye process, the color pigments are mixed into the compound that is extruded as thread. This puts the color all the way through each fiber making it more fade resistant and saves 1,000 gallons of water for every 1,000 yards of fabric produced since they don't surface-dye the fabric. To construct this fabric, pre-finishing chemistries are applied to the solution-dye polyester fabric to prep it for the encapsulation process. Nextec proprietary equipment then applies a viscous patented mixture of silicon-based polymers onto the fabric. Heat and pressure is applied to the polymers, working them inside the fabric and wrapping the individual fade resistant fibers. All but the smallest spaces are filled and the micro holes that remain allow the fabric to breathe so any moisture or heat under the cover can easily escape. Specially designed ovens cure the polymers to a solid state and the fabric is ready to make into covers. No microfibers, no laminates, and no surface coating. "EPIC" by Nextec's encapsulation process delivers all-weather protection, compact packability, easy care, and a soft-to-paint touch without sacrificing breathability. WeatherShield is not waterproof, but if kept clean it will shed most water and helps prevent dust, dirt, bird droppings and tree sap from reaching the vehicle surface. The breathable properties of the fabric assure that any heat, moisture or condensation under the cover can easily escape. This cover is backed by a four-year warranty against fabric flaws and workmanship.

Our newest circuit design dramatically improves output and sound quality. Bass reproduction is tight and loud while the musical passages are open and transparent. The Flash Series amplifiers feature a high speed MOSFET power supply with studio-grade bipolar Japanese Sanken output transistors. The stereo models are three-channel mixed-mono capable. Each Flash amplifier has fully adjustable 12dB per octave crossovers and a fully adjustable bass equalizer. They come equipped with a mute and delay soft start system and have a full IC controlled protection circuitry. All Flash amplifiers have a cool blue LED aircraft style illumination along the top of the end caps. Includes high-level OEM headunit integration harness and dashboard bass remote control on select models. The Flash F1200-1D has a power handling of 350 Watts at 4 ohm RMS, 700 Watts at 2 ohm RMS, 1200 Watts at 1 ohm RMS with a 2400 Watt Peak. The frequency response is 15Hz - 150Hz. It has a minimum harmonic distortion of <0.05%, a signal-to-noise ratio of >100dB, and a damping factor of >200 @ 100Hz.
